When I began running, I realized this would be a perfect time to celebrate with a little reward when I met my first goal of 30 miles.
Someone asked me at what point did running stop sucking. It was a really good question, one that made me think back over the last few weeks.
It took a lot of effort to get me down to the gym and on that treadmill for run #31. I used to do my workouts in the morning, but for the last two or three weeks, I’ve been working out in the evenings.
